MAN OF THE MATCH: Andy Bates claimed a man of the match average of 29.66 when winning 4-1 in 17, 15, 17 and 16.

Antony Hayman (26.03) won in four straight legs, aided by a leg in 15 before John Mann (27.83) emerged a 4-0 winner in 17, 18, 17 and 20.

Phil Stewart (25.05) earned the team a match-winning fifth point when claiming victory without loss before Andy Bates (29.66) claimed a man-of-the-match average when emerging a 4-1 winner in 17, 15, 17 and 16.

League leaders Maritime increased their advantage at the top of the table to six points following a 7-2 success away at Rowing Club A (Paignton) but it was a defeat for their ladies team who went down 6-1 away at Flying Arrows (Dawlish).
