Simon Stevenson inspired The Fawn to their first success of the campaign when, in winning his singles 3-0, took the opening leg in 12 darts, before the Greenbank side went on to triumph 8-3 against Kings Arms B.
John Brownlow (100x12) caught the eye as Kings Tamerton CC won 8-3 against Bluebird A, the same winning scoreline that was also achieved by Victory Inn A and Maritime B away at Kings Arms A and Ker St A respectively.
Shaun Dring (100x13) was prominent for Maritime A in their 8-3 defeat of Ker St B while Victoria won 7-4 when hosting Cherry Tree.
Octagon Social Club continued their good start to the season when defeating Hyde Park 9-2.
Dave Pethick and Dave Matthews won their doubles game in 38 darts (26.34) before Alfie Ford (27.83) won 3-0, taking all the legs in 18 before Neil White (28.36) won in 23, 14, 16.
