The great Richie Lynch (29.44) put away 1001 points in just 34 darts to complete the joint third best leg of the season so far, and the best of the game week in the Louis Yates Plymouth & District Darts League.

Lynch's contribution was one of eleven points collected in an 11-2 turnover of a talented Windmill team whilst teammate Simon Washington also contributed heavily to the win.

Washington finished on ten tons; a haul that contained a 110 checkout that was the highest of the week and one of the three maximums.

Lynch joined Washington in achieving a 180 whilst Washington's three treble visit came the victory over Lewis Byrne.

Byrne himself fired a maximum in that tie and also finished his evening on eleven tons to soften the blow of ending the night on the wrong side of a thumping.

The Legends Lounge trio of Del Byrce, Tommy Graham and Steve Ebsworth (28.60) teamed in the trebles phase for a 35 dart leg in their team's 8-5 success at Pennycross.

Richard Wheatley's (28.60) 35 dart 1001 leg came in an 11-2 home win for champions Tradesmans A over Grenville.

Wheatley ended that match and leg on twelve tons for his evening's work whilst his teammates contributed three maximums between them in the rampant win.

Andy Waters joined Paul Nash and Andrew Nation in achieving a three treble visit during a game that leaves the Stonehouse side a long way short of achieving their goal of defending the title they've won for two years.

Shaun Williams (25.67) produced a stunning 39 darter in leaders Victory's 13-0 whitewash of bottom side Ker St; a win that also contained three maximums.

Williams joined teammates Jordan Grimshaw and Matt Abbott in achieving a three treble visit whilst Abbott's 81 checkout was the best of all twelve finishes in the game.

Rob May continued his decent form with a 100 checkout in a 10-3 win for Tradesmans B in their visit to Weston Mill Oak Villa whilst Octagon were 8-5 winners at home versus Mainstone.
