Steve Marker's (33.37) 30 dart 1001 leg gave his Windmill team one of the three points his side secured in a 10-3 loss versus Kings Tamerton.

That mark gave him the fewest darts for the week and season so far, and the epic leg was finished off by a 113 checkout that was the biggest of the entertaining matchup.

Marker walked away with twelve tons to his name, a haul that included one of the five maximums in the contest overall.

Joining Marker in the 180 column was teammate Geordie Baker, whilst Richard Lynch, Collin Lynch, and Keith Blight all fired for the victors.

A new mark for the highest checkout of the season was also set in the game week as Ryan Ring ploughed home 160 during an 8-5 success for Octagon A at Pennycross.

Leaders Tradesmans continued their title push with a 13-0 win over Stoke Inn B that saw Richard Wheatley dominate the scoring phase with eleven tons.

Wheatley was supported well by Ben Waters, who was a ten ton hitter, whilst Wheatley's tally was topped up by one of the two maximums.

The other 180 came from the arm of teammate Mike Hill, whilst Waters was prominent at the business end of legs.

Waters (31.28) nailed a 94 checkout, which sat nicely alongside a 32 dart leg that came in his own individual game.

That effort from Waters meant Andy Waters (28.60) 35 darter had to settle for the second best 1001 leg of the matchup.

Title chasing Royal Naval Arms kept up the pressure on the top team with a 12-1 over Stoke Inn A that saw Nathan Beeney (31.28) secure his singles in 32 darts.

That brilliant showing came after Jordan Grimshaw and Matt Abbott (26.34) found a 38 darter during a doubles success.

Grimshaw and Beeney also showed their scoring prowess with a solitary 180 apiece that was matched by teammate Kevin Evans.

Matt Legge's ten ton plusses helped Cattedown take a deciding leg win over Mainstone, which was settled by Anthony Reed's heroics in a last-leg shootout.

Cameron O'Brien (28.60) found his very best form during his individual performance with a 35 dart leg, whilst teammate Ian Collins was the only competitor to hear '180' called after throwing.

Despite ending on the wrong side of a 10-3 loss against Falstaff, King Billy's Kian Nation still managed to secure the only 180 of the contest.

John Baker gave Legends Lounge the final point during an away game at Cherry Tree that ended 7-6 to the visitors from St Budeaux.
