Fifty players entered the mid-season Steve Chapman 501 League doubles tournament, with the young pairing of Cameron O'Brien and Reece Mealin walking away with the grand prize at the Cherry Tree. A twelve ton haul for Dave Carroll came in an 8-3 Plymouth City Super League Division B defeat for Herbert B versus Hyde Park. The best effort of Carroll's mammoth haul came in the form of a 180, whilst three excellent checkouts adorned the exceptional clash.
