Bend It Like Bentham
Jacob Bentham (26.84) fired a 15 dart leg and a 113 checkout, which got him over the line in an emphatic 3-0 win that came at the end of a 7-4 Plymouth City Super League Division A loss for Tradesmans against Ker St A.

Bentham's teammate, Simon Washington, ended his night on ten tons overall, and his ton tally was ticked over to that total with the help of a 180.
Mike Evans led the away team's charge as he fired thirteen scores of a ton or more, and he was well supported by Ian Heggie's twelve three figure visits.

Washington and Chris Edgecombe teamed to check 601 legs in 24 and 17 darts in a 2-1 win that saw Ralph Lancaster check his team's solitary leg with a 94 finish.
Evans continued his good form throughout his 3-2 singles success, with the crucial blow being dealt by a 15 dart leg.

Edgecombe was a 3-0 winner with an 18 darter his best, before Paul Tackle added an 18 dart leg of his own during a 3-1 triumph.
Lewis Byrne was edged out by Heggie by a 3-2 scoreline, with a 14 darter from the defeated player not enough to stop Heggie, who begged a 92 checkout and a leg in 17.

Simon Stevenson put together five maximums on his way to fifteen tons in Legends Lounge B team won 11-0 versus Duchy A.
Stevenson added an eleven dart leg in his 3-0 victory, whilst teammate Matt Vosper put together a 3-0 success that contained a 91 checkout and a 180.

Andy Malinowski was the other maximum hitter for the victors, and his three treble visit contributed to an eleven ton personal haul.
Cam O'Brien fired fifteen scores of a ton or more, but still found himself on the wrong end of a 6-5 loss as Ship's Tavern A were downed by leaders Raffles Diamonds.

Nathan Langdon was also prominent in the scoring phase with thirteen ton plusses, whilst Steve Towl reached ten ton plus scores.
The victory was built on the solid foundations of Andy Bates' fourteen three figure visits, and he was supported well by John Mann and Neil White, who both took themselves to twelve tons.

Fred Goldsmith put together eleven tons, whilst five of the six maximums went the way of the hosts as Bates' brace was added to by Mann, White and Lee Hellings.
O'Brien (26.68) helped himself to his team's solitary maximum during his notable 3-2 win over Mann that opened up the singles phase.

Langdon also got over the line by a 3-2 scoreline, with outshots of 96 and 146 doing the damage before Goldsmith's 3-0 victory that saw one leg checked with a 105 combination.
Simon Wilbraham was a thirteen ton hitter for Raffles A, but his team still fell well short of a victory as Firkin Scholar were 9-2 better than the hosts.

Scott Heggie produced for the victors, nailing a 180 and a 110 checkout on his way to eleven scores of a ton or more.
The highlights at the business end for the defeated party came from Wilbraham's 104 checkout in a 3-2 win and Alex Truscott's 17 darter, which came in a 3-2 reversal.

Ryan Fuller and Harry Bull contributed twelve tons, but still found themselves on the wrong side of a 6-5 defeat as Raffles B succumbed to Falstaff B in the final singles.
Danny Bull opened the individual phase with a 3-0 win, checking one leg in 15 darts and another with a 108 combination as he reached ten tons.

His opponent, Nick Bryant, was the top scoring player for the hosts with ten tons and also added a 72 checkout earlier in the contest.
Fuller put together a 3-1 victory in the singles phase, and his best leg was an 18 darter which helped his side build a 5-4 lead before being pipped at the post by a 3-2 win by Danny Hoyle.

Tony Tasker's eleven tons included his team's only 180 as that total led the way for Falstaff A to claim an 8-3 success at Fawn A.
Dave Roberts was the main aggressor for the home side with a ten ton haul, and his teammate Mike Nancholas fired the hosts' only maximum.

Roberts nailed a 17 darter but still came out on the wrong side of a 3-1 defeat as Kelvin Rowe put together an 18 darter of his own.
Mike Trim won 3-0 thanks in part to a 112 checkout that was only bettered on the night by a 123 combination from Paul Goundry.

Ford Inn's 11-0 win over Legends Lounge A was contributed heavily to by Dan Brazier, who left the oche with ten tons.
Brazier also helped himself to a leg in 16 darts during a 3-0 success, whilst teammates Mark Shears and Ant Pearn both notched 180s.

Strickson put up one of the four maximums in that tie as teammate Dale Halford joined Paul Carpenter and Karl Rogers for the opposition in achieving that particular feat.
Lee Roberts 88 checkout for the victors was bettered by Rogers 89, whilst Roberts' stablemate Glenn Halford netted legs in 17 and 15 darts during his 3-0 success.
