Chris Edgecombe (25.91) checked a leg in 17 darts in a 3-0 individual win in the Steve Chapman 501 League, but saw his Octagon side narrowly miss out after a 6-5 loss versus Raffles.

Edgecombe added a 180 to his ton haul of ten, whilst top scoring for the away side was Dan Brazier with thirteen tons.

Brazier was also a maximum hitter, whilst the trio of Alfie Ford and Jayden Dodd both reached ten tons as per their counterpart Edgecombe.

Ford nailed a 124 three dart combination out for the cherry on top of his total, and he netted legs in 15 and 18 darts during a 3-2 loss against Brazier, who himself bagged a crucial 15 darter.

Fifteen three figure visits rained down from the arm of Jack McMinn, a total that led Fawn B to an 8-3 win at Beacon Park A.

McMinn put up the matchup's only maximum on his way to that mammoth total, whilst Fred Goldsmith supported well with eleven tons.

The pair also showed their class at the business end of legs with a 94 checkout from Fred Goldsmith and a 15 darter by McMinn.

Cameron O'Brien's fifteen ton haul included one of the four maximums in an 8-3 defeat for Cherry Tree C at Ford Inn.

Simon Washington nailed two maximums for the victors, with the other coming from the arm of Jason Pinkerton.

AJ Brunton plundered as many as fourteen ton plusses for Duchy Dragons, but still ended on the wrong side of an 8-3 defeat as Queen and Constitution prevailed.

Gareth Hocking brought most of the flames for the victors with ten tons, whilst Keith Johnson, Tom Full, and Cory Jonas all managed 180s.

Jonas also helped himself to a 158 checkout that bettered a 101 from Johnson, who also checked a leg in 18 darts during a 3-0 singles win.

Andy Bates provided thirteen tons, and there were twelve more from teammate Nick Bryant in an 8-3 win for Beacon Park B at The Lounge.

Lee Hellings added a 180, an effort matched by Dave Lee, whilst Lee Agar reached 13 ton plusses for the defeated team.

The standout moment of that Agar haul was a 100 finish, which was only bettered by Lee's 110 singles visit combination.

Agar and teammate Rob Newland heard 'game shot' called after throwing 19 darts in a 601 doubles contest before Bryant notched a brace of 16 dart legs in a 3-2 victory.

Bates struck 17 and 16 darters in a 3-1 individual success before Lee ended the night with a 3-1 success that contained a leg in 18.

Archie Borlase fired two 180s on his way to thirteen tons in a 6-5 win for Bar Mez away at Fawn A. Who had Rob Pomeroy ending his night on twelve tons.

Pomeroy's tally included a maximum, whilst the two players met in a 3-2 win for Pomeroy that saw a leg each ending after 17 darts were thrown.

Borlase's stablemate, Lee Rodmell, contributed heavily to the win as he put up a 108 finish that helped him end the night on ten scores of a ton or more.

Leaders Falstaff were 10-1 winners over Duchy A in a contest that saw Simon Stevenson put up a 180 on his way to thirteen ton plusses.

Teammate Tony Tasker helped himself to a second maximum for the team, whilst a solitary effort from the away side came from the arm of Callum Phillips.

Stevenson teamed with Paul Goundry for a 601 leg nailed in 17, whilst Stevenson carried that form into the singles with a 3-0 success that contained legs in 16 and 17 darts.

Kelvin Rowe also added a 17 darter to the scoreboard on his way to a 3-0 triumph, whilst Jack Heath's 100 kill gave him the highest out of the tie.

Eleven tons rained down from the arm of Andrew Cook, which helped King Billy secure a healthy 9-2 win at St Levans.

Cook teamed with Ant Pearn to put away 601 points in 18 darts before adding two 18 darters over the 501 distance in his 3-1 singles success.

Pearn added a 116 checkout in that aforementioned doubles success, whilst teammates Lewis Byrne and Paddy Archibald fired two of the three maximums, with the other going to Hayley Brant.

180s from Jack Gilbert and Rob May, as well as a 100 checkout by May's teammate Chris Adams, came in a 9-2 win for May's Tradesmans over Gilbert's The Exchange.

Plymstock Club were 6-5 winners over Firkin Scholar, with the highlights coming in the form of maximums for Mark Bell and Rhys Castle, and a 94 high checkout from Simon Kelly.
