Simon Stevenson ended his night for runaway leaders Fawn B with seventeen scores of a ton or more, which topped any total in the Steve Chapman 501 League game week and helped his team to a 10-1 win at Victory A.

Stevenson was well supported by a number of his teammates, as John Mann added sixteen three figure visits to fourteen more from Sean Taylor.

Fred Goldsmith's total of twelve tons also helped the away side dominate proceedings, whilst Quinton Taylor's twelve three figure visits were his team's best.

Scott Lawrey also showed his class with eleven ton plusses; a tally that included one of the nine maximums put up between the two stacked rosters.

Lawrey's teammate Taylor added to that total along with Darren Collis, with the other side maxis going to the victors.

Mann and Simon Washington found two 180s each, whilst the others went to the other Taylor and Kev Seal to complete a domination in that particular stat.

At the business end of legs, Stevenson and Taylor knitted together well in the doubles phase with an 18 darter over the 601 distance to help a 2-1 win before the individual phase went off as expected.

Taylor was a 3-1 winner over Lawrey with no leg going beyond 18 darts as Lawrey's 16 darter was no match for legs in 18, 17, and 16 from the arm of Taylor.

Paul Goundry added a 124 three dart combination outshot to his 15 darter that proved crucial in getting him over the line by a 3-2 scoreline for his team's only point.

Seal was a 3-0 winner thanks in part to a leg in 18 before Mann bettered Taylor 3-2 with the help of a 100 checkout and legs in 16 and 14 darts.

Stevenson and Collis rounded off a top quality affair with Stevenson running out a 3-1 winner thanks to legs in 18 and 15 darts that bested Collis despite a 15 darter of his own.

Fifteen ton hauls were completed by both Ian Heggie and Mark Hatherley, but the pair found themselves on the wrong side of a 6-5 loss as Fawn A were narrowly better than Indian Inn.

Heggie and Hatherley both notched 180s on their way to completing their large ton tallies, whilst the only maximum for the victors came from the arm of Isaac Taylor.

The win owed much to the form of Taylor's teammate Dave Barton, who bagged himself ten tons in total and checked the best finish of 78.

As many as nine 180s were put onto the scoreboard between Beacon Park and Cherry Tree C in a one sided 10-1 win for the latter.

Lee Hellings added a brace to efforts from Luke Johnson, Dave Lee, Nick Miller, and Nick Bryant for the victors, whilst Jason Smout bagged two alongside a solitary 180 for teammate Tom Baker.

At the business end of legs, Bryant and Lee teamed for a 17 darter over the 601 distance before a smattering of good play came in the individual phase.

Johnson found leg in 16 during the opening 3-1 singles win before Hellings completed his thirteen ton haul in a 3-1 win of his own.

Opponent Steven Smout checked a 15 darter with a 120 combination out in the only leg he won, whilst the catalyst for Hellings' win was legs in 17 and 18 darts.

Jason Smout was narrowly edged 3-2 despite an 18 dart leg before Beau Carter lost by the same scoreline with a 14 darter, his best against eleven ton man Lee.

Eleven tons rained down from the arm of Kevin Evans, which joined a 100 checkout from Chris Adams as the best contributions for Tradesmans in an 11-0 home triumph over The Exchange.

Andrew Cook heard scores of a ton called no fewer than eleven times during an 8-3 win for King Billy over St Levans.

Cook was well supported by Paddy Archibald, who nestled ten tons, whilst the best ton scoring from the defeated team can from Tex Pearce with eleven of his own.

Cook added a brace of 180s to his scoring exploits with his teammate Brandon Hartley, Archibald, and Pearce all picking up an individual maxi each.

Archibald's 109 three dart combination outshot only managed third place in the finishing stakes as Scott Cook took out 129 and 154 in the affair.

Three 180s lit up Dave Johns' ten ton haul that led Kings Arms to a 9-2 win over Victory Hammers, which also saw three more 180s added by the teams.

Paul Palmer notched a maximum on his way to ten tons of his own, whilst the other three treble visits came from teammate Alec Turner, as well as Wayne Davis for the opposing side.

Palmer and Johns fired the two best games of 501 in the contest as Johns' 15 darter in a 3-0 win was only bettered by a leg in 13 from Palmer during his 3-1 triumph.

Despite 180s from Stephen Ebsworth and Scott Heggie, Firkin Scholar came back from a trip to Bar Mez with a 9-2 defeat.

For the victors, Tom Full won a leg in 18 during his 3-0 win before 16 darters helped Lee Rodmell and Scott Town to their respective wins by the same scoreline.

Checkouts of 152 and 113 from Chris Edgecombe and Dave Pethick helped Octagon get over the line by a 7-4 scoreline against Raffles.

Alfie Ford and Luke Beard provided a 180 for each side, whilst Edgecombe was a 3-0 winner thanks in part to a leg in 16, as was Simon Wilbraham with an 18 darter, his best.

180s from Paul Gavican and Martin Pearson were the best scoring moments of a 9-2 win for Gavican's Cherry Tree B over Pearson's Cherry Tree D.

Gavican also contributed the highest checkout with an 82 combination in the trebles, but the match had to wait until the final two singles to see two brilliant legs in the closing stages.

Mark Shears was a 3-1 winner thanks in part to a 17 dart leg before Pearson provided what turned out to be a crucial leg in 18 darts during his 3-2 success.

Victory Fireballs picked up a ninth success of the campaign with a 7-4 homes success over the visitors from Duchy.
