A St Levans 9-2 Steve Chapman 501 League success over Duchy was accented by Harry MacGregor's 150 checkout that took the highest finish of the week in all ten fixtures played.

MacGregor's kill pushed Beth Falconer's 99 into third best for the contest for the defeated side with MacGregor's teammate Tex Pearce sandwiching a 100 combination in the middle of the two notable finishes.

Pearce added sixteen more tons to his night's work with one of those coming by the way of his team's only maximum.

Falconer's stablemate Jack Heath heard '180' called after throwing a solitary time whilst Pearce and MacGregor also took the headlines in the individual phase.

The highlight of MacGregor's 3-0 triumph was a 15 darter whilst Pearce claimed legs in 16 and 18 on his way to a 3-1 victory.

John Mann (28.90) showed why he's one of the most feared players on circuit with a 3-0 success for leaders and champions elect Fawn B during an 11-0 win over Ivybridge CC.

Mann also walked away from the home board with thirteen tons and was well supported in the win by Andy Bates who put up eleven ton plusses.

Bates also showed his finishing prowess with an 18 dart leg in his 3-0 win whilst the only maximum went to teammate Jaden Whitting.

A marvellous performance by Jack McMinn in which he heard scores of a ton or more called no fewer than sixteen times couldn't arrest Bluebird's slide to a 6-5 defeat at Indian Inn.

That triumph for the hosts was led by the contribution of Mark Hatherley who checked 100 on his way to twelve ton plusses.

McMinn was one of four winners for the visitors with his best leg in a 3-1 triumph coming in just 17 darts to clearly take the best leg of the match.

Mark Shears added three maximums to his fourteen ton haul for Cherry Tree B who exerted their dominance over Victory A by a 9-2 score line.

Shears 180s were three of the seven that nestled into the treble twenty bed as teammate Paul Gavican added two to another by Scott Wapshott.

The seventh and solitary three treble visit of the contest for the defeated team who had Tony Tasker firing a 180 during what turned out to be a difficult night for his.

The scoring of Quinton Taylor and Paul Goundry, who added eleven and ten tons each, couldn't convert into points as six of the eleven games were decided by a single leg.

Jason Pinkerton's 3-0 win that saw him claim a leg in 15 darts wasn't one of them whilst Goundry was one of those on the receiving end of disappointment.

One of the two legs Goundry took during a 3-2 loss to Wapshott was plundered in just 17 darts as the distance between second and third grew to forty-six points.

Lewis Byrne spearheaded a three pronged attack for Tradesmans in the scoring phase but the visitors were downed in the final possible leg 6-5 by Beacon Park.

Byrne was a thirteen ton hitter whilst the unlucky party in Jason Smout's 3-2 win that gave the host's the win, Andrew Waters was also amongst the tons.

Waters finished on twelve scores of a ton or more whilst Keanan Grimshaw added his team's only maximum to a ten ton tally.

Much like the match result, the home side also finished with one more 180s than their opposition as Beau Carter and Ashley Evens both struck.

Evens also showed his class in the finishing stage of the event with a 96 checkout that proved crucial in a 3-2 success over Grimshaw.

Steve Mills fired twelve tons to lead Cherry Tree C to a notable 7-4 win at the talented Kings Arms as two of his teammates were also in good form during the affair.

Mills was supported well by Nick Bryant who nailed twelve scores of a ton or more himself whilst Lee Hellings added one of the five maximums in the contest to his eleven to tally.

Dave Lee joined Hellings in hearing '180' called for the triumphant visitors whilst Mark Yeoman, Paul Palmer and Chrissie Kinnaird all struck for the defeated home side.

Top scorer for Kinnaird's team was Dave Johns with twelve tons overall whilst Alec Turner's 99 kill was the best finish at the business end of legs.

Bryant's 3-0 win was accented by a 16 dart leg whilst Hellings was a 3-1 winner thanks in part to a leg in just 15 darts.

Andrew Cook finished his night's work on eleven tons for King Billy as the home side roundly defeated Victory Fireballs 9-2.

Antony Hayman showed flashes of genius with two maximums that came in a 3-0 singles win that saw him check legs in 15 and 18 darts.

The most resistance to the imperious hosts came from the arm of AJ Brunton who added a 122 checkout to his ten ton tally.

James Ewing and Dan Brazier both ended Cherry Tree A's 8-3 win over Victory Hammers with ten tons each to lead the home side to success.

Ewing's total was ticked over to the ten mark by one of the three maximums in the matchup as Luke Beard made it two for the hosts to join a solitary effort by Wayne Davis for the defeated team.

Brazier showed there's more to his game than just scoring as he checked a leg in 16 darts during a 3-1 singles win that was one of four pushed over the line by the victors.

A 111 checkout from Paul Tackle was included amongst ten ton plusses he added that made a difference for Bar Mez in a 7-4 win at Cherry Tree D.

Octagon were 10-1 winners over Fawn A in a contest that saw Chris Edgecombe fired a brace of 18 dart legs during a 3-0 singles success.

Edgecombe's teammate Jayden Dodd added a 108 checkout that was only bettered by Liam Taylor who nailed a 110 combination for the defeated team.
