One of Jason Pinkerton's mammoth eighteen three figure visits in Cherry Tree B's 6-5 win over St Levans was the third magical 170 checkout of the Steve Chapman 501 League so far.

Pinkerton ploughed in one of the two maxis to top up that total, whilst the man who defeated Pinkerton in the individual phase, Tex Pearce, nailed fifteen ton plusses along the way.

Mike Pearce added thirteen more tons for the defeated team, whilst Mark Shears bagged the other 180 on his way to eleven tons overall and a 3-1 success over Pearce.

Dan Brazier (25.05) lit up the game week with a 3-0 win that contained a leg in 17 darts to help Raffles to a 6-5 triumph at Tradesmans.

Brazier's teammate Luke Beard knocked over his opponent thanks in part to what turned out to be a crucial 18 dart leg that came in a 3-2 win.

With the scores left at 5-5 going into the last singles, Logan Carroll duly delivered a 3-0 win that contained a 120 three dart checkout to deliver the spoils.

Paul Palmer topped his ton total out at fourteen scores of a ton or more to lead Kings Arms to a 10-1 win over Legends Lounge.

Alec Turner added eleven tons to that mark for the hosts, whilst Chris Beale reached eleven himself for the defeated side, with his best coming in the form of a 128 checkout.

King Billy's 10-1 win at Duchy was dominated by the scoring of Andrew Cook, who finished his night on fourteen scores of a ton or more.

Cook added a 106 combination out and a 180 to his ton total, whilst the other three treble visit went the way of teammate Frankie Stout.

In their respective 3-1 and 3-0 singles wins, Stout and Cook added legs in 17 and 15 darts to complete a good night's work for the team and individually for the pair.

Twelve tons rained down from the arm of Sean Taylor, which provided the ammunition for Fawn B to claim an 11-0 win over their A team.

A 120 finish and one of the six 180s in the game helped Taylor to his total, whilst teammate John Mann played his supporting role well with ten scores of a ton or more.

Simon Washington added two maximums to efforts for the defeated side by Mike Nancholas, Mark Sargeant, and Isaac Taylor.

Both of Washington's maxis came in one of four standout individual games, with Lee Agar adding a leg in 18 during his 3-1 triumph.

Jack McMinn fired a 17 darter in his 3-0 success, and legs in 17 and 16 darts came quickly after for Mann in another 3-0 triumph during the very next individual game.

Nick Bryant provided the ammunition for Cherry Tree C to waltz to a 9-2 win at Victory Hammers, with eleven tons doing the damage.

Bryant also added legs in 17 and 18 darts in a 3-1 success, whilst other highlights came from Melvyn German, Nick Miller, and Wayne Davis.

German checked 94 in just the one visit to join a maximum apiece for either side from the arms of Miller and Davis.

Ten tons for Steve Smout gave Beacon Park the platform from which to launch an 8-3 win at Bar Mez, who had two members of their team performing heroics.

Paul Tackle added the only 180, whilst Archie Borlase secured the best of all thirty-four finishes in the game with a 108 combo.

Martin Nicholas heard scores of a ton or more called no fewer than ten times, but still found himself on the wrong end of a 9-2 loss as Cherry Tree D were downed by Victory A.

Nicholas' 109 ton was sandwiched between two ton plus efforts from the victors as Darren Collis added 101 to a 120 from Scott Lawrey.

The two main highlights of the individual phase also came from Collis and Lawrey as the pair netted a 180 and a leg in 18 in their 3-0 successes.

An 8-3 win for Octagon at Indian Inn featured three maximums as Mark Hatherley, Alfie Ford, and Steve Daley all struck.

Ford and Daley also featured in the highlights at the business end of legs as Daley's 107 checkout was only bettered by a 127 by Pethick, whilst Ford and Daley nailed 15 and 16 darters in respective 3-0 wins.

Outshots of 105 and 150 by Graham White and Rikki Eastley still couldn't arrest The Exchange's slide to a 7-4 loss at the hands of Firkin Scholar.
