John Mann (30.06) stole the show for Plymouth City Super League Division A leaders Octagon with two legs of 15 darts that came in a 3-0 singles success that formed one point of an 11-0 win over Legends Lounge A.

Sean Taylor's three dart combination outshot came in a 1001 leg that was put away in 33 darts by Taylor, Lee Hellings, and Neil White.
A 2-1 win for Hellings and Alfie Ford over the 601 distance included a crucial 20 darter before White added the first 180 in another 2-1 doubles win that put his team at 5-0.

That success for White and Taylor came despite Ryan Fuller and Del Bryce winning their solitary leg in just 17 darts before White stepped up first in the singles.
White completed a personal ton haul of eleven before Mann's aforementioned exploits saw him take out 118 and 102 finishes during a match that saw the second 180 for his team thrown by Mann.

Fred Goldsmith ended his night with a 3-0 win and eleven tons before Taylor was the fourth member of the team to complete a 3-0 triumph, which also left him on ten tons for the contest.
Hellings topped his ton tally up to the twelve mark with a 128 game high checkout during a 3-0 win, which also saw Hellings plunder a leg in 16 darts.

Ford rounded off the rampant win with a 3-1 success over Bryce, who helped himself to a checkout of 109 during that loss.
St Levans snuck home against Fawn A in a last leg deciding 6-5 win with most of the firepower coming from Tex Pearce and his fourteen ton plusses.

After seeing his team build a 4-1 lead, Reg Matthews narrowly missed out on a singles win despite nailing a 17 darter in a 3-2 loss.
Dave Pethick banged home a leg in 17 in his 3-1 win to put the visitors on the brink of victory at 5-2, but Hayley Brant and Pearce provided subsequent 3-1 wins.

Pearce's success saw legs tumble in 17 and 15 darts versus Dave Roberts, who added ten tons across the contest to top score for the defeated side.
Pearce added a 116 checkout that was the best of a contest that was left at what looked like an unlikely 5-5 going into the final singles rubber.

Anna Pearce would ultimately take the plaudits with a 3-2 win over Mike Nancholas, who himself fired a 102 kill during the narrowest of defeats that looked unlikely at 4-1 and 5-2 up.
Danny Bull heard scores of a ton or more called no fewer than thirteen times during a 6-5 win for Indian Inn A at Raffles B that came down to the final singles games.

Bull's tally was topped up by a 101 checkout that was only bettered by Kev Doel for the defeated side with a 112 combination.
Both Doel and Bull added to a 180 provided by Doel's teammate Tony Reid, whilst Al Rowe was the hero of the contest with a 3-1 win in the last singles game.

Lee Doncaster fired thirteen tons and twelve more rained down from the arm of teammate Paul Palmer, but King Billy A still succumbed to a 6-5 loss at the hands of Cherry Tree C.
Palmer's tally was ticked over to the duodectet mark with his team's only maximum, whilst Frankie Stout put up a three treble visit of his own for the victors.

Stout also checked a leg in 17 darts during his 3-1 win that was only bettered by a leg in 15 from teammate Nathan Langdon, who also nailed a 120 checkout in another 3-1 victory.
Langdon's single, treble, double 20 combination meant a modest 75 single visit checkout from Palmer had to settle for second best when the honours were given out for highest checkout of the matchup.

Dave Johns added two maximums to his haul of thirteen tons that gave Kings Arms B the platform from which to build a 6-5 win at Tradesmans.
Teammate Steve Mills made it three 180s for the away side, whilst Simon Washington added a solitary three treble visit to his eleven ton haul for the narrowly defeated side.

Mills and Washington also featured amongst the headlines at the business end of legs as Mills' 98 checkout was only bettered by a 100 kill from Washington.
In the same individual game that saw Washington bag his 100 finish, he also smashed a leg in 17 to help him towards a 3-0 win.

Mills was also bang at it in the individuals with legs in 14 and 17 darts that produced most of the damage during a 3-1 success.
Johns fired a 14 darter of his own in another 3-1 triumph before the night was rounded off by a Kev Seal 3-0 win that contained 17 and 18 dart legs.

Nick Bryant top scored for Cherry Tree D with twelve tons, and that great effort led the away side to a 7-4 win at Steampacket.
Bryant was supported well by Dave Lee, who meandered to ten tons, whilst Bryant was the only recipient of a '180' call after throwing for the victors.

George Beckett provided most of the ammunition for the home team with eleven tons, including one of his side's maximums.
Nick Miller put up the other three treble visit, whilst there was a plethora of action in the finishing stages of play.

Miller's teammate Kayleigh Adams checked at the first time of asking from 71, but that was beaten three times by the Pennycross based outfit.
Phil Hoyle notched finishes from 72 and 90 during his 3-0 win before Quinton Taylor bagged a 124 combo in the narrowest of 3-2 defeats.

Bryant's 3-0 win was accentuated by a leg in 18, which was matched by Beckett and that turned out to be crucial during a 3-2 win over Lee.
A 180 from Reg Cornish wasn't enough to arrest Victory A's slide to an 11-0 home defeat versus the visitors from Ford Inn.

The finishing stages of legs are where the visitors showed their class, and that started with Scott Wapshott and Dan Brazier nailing a 20 dart leg over the 601 doubles distance.
Mark Shears added a leg in 16 during his 3-0 individual success before Wapshott returned to the board to do more damage in the singles phase.

Wapshott earned his 3-0 triumph with 16 and 18 darters, and also nestled home a very respectable 96 combination outshot in that triumph.
