Tex Pearce was a fifteen ton hitter for St Levans, but still found himself on the wrong end of a 6-5 Steve Chapman 501 League defeat at Fawn B.

Jack McMinn was at the heart of everything good that came from the home team with fourteen three figure visits.

Fred Goldsmith played a decent supporting role with eleven ton plusses overall, whilst McMinn and Keanan Grimshaw both added 180s for the hosts.

The trio of Pearce, Hayley Brant and Mike Pearce all contributed to the five maximums between the two teams, whilst the latter also added a 101 checkout and a 14 darter in his 3-1 win.

McMinn was on the end of that defeat, with his 18 darter proving fruitless in terms of the score of that particular rubber.

Cornish joined stablemate Tony Conn in achieving a 180, whilst Steve Daley's 72 kill was beaten to the best finish of the contest by Alfie Ford's 85.

Conn provided a leg in 18 darts, which proved crucial in getting him over the line to a 3-2 success before Cornish added 15 and 16 darters on his way to a 3-1 triumph.

The matchup reached a crescendo after the first ten ties were shared, and it was Chris Edgecombe who won the game for his team with a 3-1 success.

Ryan Stone put up eleven tons, which helped Beacon Park A to a 6-5 win at Raffles, who had both Dan Brazier and Simon Wilbraham firing eleven three figure visits each.

Brazier checked legs in 18 and 14 darts but found himself on the wrong end of a 3-2 loss as Steve Smout nailed a crucial 18 darter of his own.

Smout's teammate, Jack Wilkinson, was the only recipient of a '180' call during the contest that saw the away team lead 3-1 and 6-3 before the score was made respectable.

Falstaff's 7-4 win at Stuart Road Social Club included eleven tons for Scott Lawrey, who also provided one of the two maximums his team plundered.

Kelvin Rowe notched the other three treble visits, whilst Reece Mealin checked 80 in a single visit and joined teammate Martin Pearson in hitting an 18 darter in their respective 3-0 wins.

Beacon Park B's 11-0 win against Plymstock Club was built on the strong foundations of eleven tons from both Andy Bates and Nick Bryant, and ten more by Melvyn German.

Mark Bell fired eleven tons back for the defeated side, and his 86 checkout was only bettered by a Bryant 115 three dart combination outshot.
