Bryant's teammate, Stan Preen, showed his undoubted class with a brilliant 72 single visit checkout that was the best of the nineteen finishes in the tie.

In Division B, Dale Partington put a 180 for Herbert, which sat nicely alongside a 91 finish from Corey Bernardo in a 9-2 away win at Legends Lounge B.

Kathy Hunt fired a 180 but still found herself on the wrong end of a 9-2 loss at the hands of Stoke Inn, whilst a 100 outshot from Rob Wills was the main highlight of Duchy's 7-4 win over King Billy B.


The only noteworthy contribution between Albemarle and Mainstone B came in the form of a Jack Coles 97 checkout for the home side, who were 8-3 winners.

The cherry on top of a 7-4 win for Cherry Tree A versus Ker St B was a game high 88 finish that came from the arm of Dan Nixon, whilst Fawn B were 7-4 winners against Bluebird.
