Mike Whatley (26.84) put on a brace of 18 dart legs during a well-crafted 3-0 win that came in Cherry Tree B's 10-1 Steve Chapman 501 League triumph at Fawn A.

Whatley also meandered his way to ten tons, a figure that was matched by Isaac Taylor for the defeated home side.

Whatley's teammates, Mark Gilbery and Phil Hoyle, were the only recipients of '180' calls after throwing their three darts.

Fawn B had Jack McMinn in good nick with fourteen tons, and he was well supported in the 10-1 win by John Mann, who reached ten ton plusses, and Fred Goldsmith, who scored the only 180.

McMinn's 18 darter came in a 3-0 win whilst McMinn and Mann both secured 100 checkouts in the team phase of play to jointly share the high finish honours.

Scott Lawrey's thirteen three figure visits to the dartboard, including a 101 checkout, which helped Victory A to an 11-0 win over Duchy.

Lawrey's checkout came in a 3-0 individual triumph that also saw a 15 darter, whilst teammates Paul Goundry and Darren Collis both chalked up 180s.

Steve Towl worked his magic for Cherry Tree D with eleven ton plusses in a 10-1 win versus Firkin Scholar that also saw two of his teammates reach double figures.

Cameron O'Brien and Lee Wickett were the players to achieve that milestone, with Rhys Castle also contributing ten scores of a ton or more for the visitors.

Castle and teammate Lee Bannister were the two players to hit a 180 in the contest, whilst the business end of legs brought a flurry of excellent statistics.

Wickett and O'Brien teamed well for a 21 darter over the 601 distance, and in the same game, Wickett put up a 116 combination outshot that wasn't beaten for the rest of the evening.

Shane Ryan started the individuals with a 3-1 loss, but his solitary leg was put away at the first time of asking from 104.

Wickett's 3-0 win saw a 17 darter, whilst Towl won by the same scoreline with his best effort coming in the form of a leg in 18.

Eleven tons from the arm of Paul Palmer and ten more in a support role by Alec Turner gave Kings Arms the platform from which to launch an 11-0 win over The Exchange.

Palmer banged home two 180s to top up his tally, whilst the highest finish of 100 ticked Turner's tally over to the ten mark.

Turner's 3-1 singles win saw an 18 darter that was matched by Graham White for the defeated side, which finished one of his two legs in a 3-2 turnaround.

Mark Hatherley added eleven tons to the dartboard, but narrowly missed out on the win as Indian Inn were edged 6-5 by Victory Hammers.

Hatherley's teammate Ian Heggie reached ten ton plusses, whilst bringing the heat for the victors was Ryan Harris who notched ten three figure visits, including the only maximum.

The best checkout came from the arm of Alex Lang, who finished 70 on the bullseye in a match that was decided in the very last singles rubber by Kieran Harris with a 3-0 win.

Tex Pearce was an eleven ton hitter for St Levans, which gave the team the impetus to secure a 10-1 away win at Tradesmans.

Mike Pearce netted the only 180 of the contest in a doubles with Anna Pearce that also saw a 601 leg in 18 darts crafted between the two.

The female Pearce also went on to repeat the same 18 dart feat over the 501 distance, which proved crucial in a 3-2 triumph.

Harry MacGregor was also taken to all five legs by his opponent, with his crucial blow coming in the form of a 114 combination outshot, which gave him a 3-2 success of his own.

Cherry Tree C took all the points in an 11-0 win at Bar Mez that saw both Dave Lee and Lee Hellings reach the eleven ton mark.

Tom Full also bagged himself an eleven ton plus haul for the defeated side, whilst Hellings' total was ticked over to the eleven mark by a 111 checkout.

Teammates Luke Johnson and Nick Miller shared three 180s, with the lion's share going the way of the former as Johnson added a brace to Miller's solitary effort.

Lee defeated Lee Rodmell 3-1, but not before Rodmell banged one of the three 17 darters in the matchup overall.

Nick Miller fired the second leg in 17 during a 3-1 win of his own whilst Lee Hellings' 17 dart leg was joined by an 18 darter in another 3-1 triumph.

Andrew Cook's eleven ton plus tally came in a King Billy game in which his team surrendered 4-1 and 5-2 leads to fall short in the final leg of a 6-5 loss to Octagon.

Ten ton plusses from both Jayden Dodd and Chris Edgecombe were at the heart of that mammoth effort from the away side.

Edgecombe would've been stranded on nine if it wasn't for the only 180 of the contest, whilst Steve Daley cannoned a 129 combination out for the best finish of the matchup.

Jayden Dodd performed magnificently under pressure in the tenth game with legs in 16 and 18 darts and a 108 kill, contributing to a 3-0 to leave the game nicely poised at 5-5.

Edgecombe was then composed in a final leg deciding 3-2 win to give his team the last laugh with the help of a leg in 18 darts.

Victory Fireballs won 6-5 at Cherry Tree A with Phil Ingram nailing a 96 checkout and Chris Beale adding a 180 before he was the hero of the hour with a 3-0 singles success that came in the final rubber.
