White Downs Dan But Perry Still On Top

Neil White fired two maximums to inflict Legends Lounge Premier League 3 leader Dan Perryman's first defeat of the campaign in a 7-4 turnaround.

Perryman remarkably made it back to back defeats on the same night after nine straight wins before that as Reece Goves netted himself a 7-5 win over Perryman to blow the title race wide open.

Perryman had preceded those two reversals with a 7-4 success over Kirsty Whiting-O'Brien who herself suffered further losses of 7-2 against Liam Taylor and 7-0 versus Nick Furneaux.

Goves had himself a mixed evening after being downed by White's fellow title chaser Andrew Cook who was 7-1 better than Goves with two 180s accenting that success.

Furneaux was a winner twice on the night thanks to a 7-2 triumph against Sean Burkitt whilst in Premier League 2, Dave Lee's two 180s were not enough to arrest a slide to a 7-4 loss at the hands of Dan Jewell.

Paul Palmer's night was topped off by three 180s that were split amongst two games with the first coming in a 7-1 win over James Nicholls.

Two more Palmer maxis were plundered in a 7-2 success over Lee Hunter who dusted himself off to defeat Nick Cordrey marginally 7-6 in a second outing of the game week.

Checkouts of 100 and 105 provided Cordrey with two of his three legs in a 7-3 loss against Nick Miller who made it two wins for his evening's work.

Miller and opponent Darren Smith each put on a 180 onto the scoreboard in a 7-4 win for the former whilst Cordrey made up for his earlier disappointments with a 7-0 win over Reece Mealin.

Sean Taylor tops the Premier League 2 standings after his 7-2 success over Warren Page who faired slightly better in his second outing but still ended up falling to a 7-5 loss against Del Bryce.

Bryce succumbed 7-0 to unbeaten John Mann thanks in part to a 119 checkout whilst Dave Reed picked up a 7-4 success over Josh Furneaux in Premier League 1.

Gary Clarke's 7-0 success over Kelly Burkitt was followed by a 7-5 loss at the hands of Jayden Dodd who is fifth of the top quintet who are split by just two points.

Steve Mills is now in third after a 7-4 win against Dan Giles whilst completing the action was Chris Adams who was a 7-4 victor versus John Woolven-Allen.
