Table toppers return to winning ways after first defeat

A WEEK after losing for the first time in the Plymouth and District Friday League, Kings Tamerton CC got back to winning ways and took all but one of the 13 points that were on offer against City Social C.

They extended their lead to five points and had Richard Lynch (27.05) hitting two maximums in a 37-dart singles victory.

The Windmill had Mark Shears (100x13) top scoring in their 9-4 win against Dinky Diner A and have now moved up into the top six.

Antony Hayman (32.29) once again recorded the week’s top game when winning in 31, a feat which inspired Brewery Tap A to a 12-1 success away at Bull and Bush.

Mark Sergeant (30.33) won his individual game in 33 as The Fawn overcame Weston Mill Oak Villa 10-3 for their seventh consecutive victory of the campaign.
