Andy Up! Tremaine Raises The Stakes

Andy Tremaine's (25.67) fired a 39 dart 1001 leg for Falstaff who continued their early season promise in the Louis Yates Plymouth & District Darts League with an 11-2 triumph to put them second in the standings.

Dan Martin's 140 three dart combination out shot gave Cherry Tree the highest checkout of week three, but that came in a 9-4 defeat at Legends Lounge.

Cameron O'Brien's remarkable thirteen ton haul proved a major catalyst in Mainstone's 8-5 triumph over Cattedown SC.

Three 180s were fired by Royal Naval Arms as Jordan Grimshaw, Sam Frampton and Nathan Beeney all fired in a 10-3 home win over The Club @ Stoke.

That three treble visit wasn't Frampton's only notable achievement of the contest as he also added a 130 combination out shot.

Issac Taylor fired ten tons, including the game's only maximum, to lead Octagon A to an 8-5 win over Pennycross.

The defeated away side had Russell Hitchcock in good finishing form once again with a 129 combination that gives him the fourth best of the season so far to go alongside his 153 in week one.

A 180 from Steve Marker and a 90 combination out shot by teammate Dan Nixon couldn't arrest Windmill's slide to a 10-3 loss at early leaders and title holders Kings Tamerton.

Maximums from Andy Waters and Rich Wheatley did the damage for Tradesmans, who came away from their visit to Ford Inn with a 12-1 success.
