Chris Edgecombe (28.36) lit up the Steve Chapman 501 League with a leg in 15, helping his 3-0 singles success that came in a 6-5 triumph for Octagon over King Billy.

Edgecombe's ten tons and eleven more from teammate Alfie Ford carried the hosts to victory, whilst Andrew Cook's twelve three figure visits was the best overall.

Cook's total included two maximums and a 126 checkout that was one of five ton plus outshots as teammate Ant Pearn nailed a 114 kill with Edgecombe's 115 narrowly bettering that effort.

Steve Daley added a 104 to a 100 from Jayden Dodd to complete the quintet, whilst Cook's 3-2 singles win was helped along by two legs in 18 darts.

Sixteen tons rained down from the arm of AJ Brunton, but he still somehow found himself on the wrong side of a 7-4 loss as Duchy Dragons were downed by Cherry Tree.

Cameron O'Brien led his team to that victory with ton plusses, whilst AJ Brunton was a 3-2 winner thanks in part to legs in 14 and 17 darts.

Mike Whatley was a sixteen ton hitter for Ford Inn, which gave them the platform to secure a 10-1 success over Tradesmans.

The cherry on top of that haul was a 101 checkout that was the only effort to better an 84 combination from teammate Scott Wapshott.

180s were added by Jason Pinkerton, Nick Bromley and Chris Adams, whilst Whatley notched legs in 16, 14 and 15 darts during his 3-1 singles success.

Wapshott was a 3-0 winner in the singles rubber before Whatley's triumph, with his best leg coming in 16 to match one of Whatley's efforts.

Cory Jonas ended his stint at the oche with thirteen ton plusses, but had to watch his Queen & Constitution teammates succumb to a 6-5 loss in a last leg shootout as Jacob Bentham prevailed 3-2 in the last game.

Dan Brazier's eleven tons and ten more from Will Broome gave the hosts the ammunition to secure the victory, whilst the 180s in the contest were shared.

Logan Carroll added to Keith Johnson's three treble visit and the highest checkout was a 118 from Simon Wilbraham.

Carroll opened the singles phase with a 3-2 win that contained legs in 16 and 17 darts before Wilbraham was a 3-0 winner with a leg in 17 of his own.

Brazier met Johnson in the singles with both players adding a leg in 18 before what turned out to be a crucial 13 darter from Johnson in a 3-2 success.

The duo of Lee Hellings and Steve Mills ended their night on eleven scores of a ton or more, which enabled Beacon Park B's 10-1 triumph over Legends Lounge.

Nick Miller was also in good form throughout with a ten ton haul, whilst Hellings and teammate Dave Lee both fired a solitary maximum.

Nick Bryant checked a leg in 17 darts during his 3-0 singles win, whilst James Gibson's 102 and 130 checkouts allowed him to pick up two legs in a 3-2 loss to Hellings.

Tony Tasker bagged himself an eleven ton haul, which led Falstaff to a rampant 11-0 triumph over Plymouth Club.

Darren Collis and Simon Stevenson both put up ten tons to play a decent supporting role, whilst there were four maximums in the match.

Collis added one of those to three treble visits from Paul Goundry and Kelvin Rowe, with Geoff Boulton securing a 180 for the defeated team.

Stevenson's 3-1 singles success was built upon strong foundations as he nailed a brace of legs that were ended after throwing 18 darts.

Fawn B's 8-3 derby win over Fawn A was propped up by eleven tons from Fred Goldsmith, with teammates Mackenzie Sargeant and Mitchell Grimshaw both adding ten three figure visits.

Goldsmith and Lewis Whitley both achieved a maximum, whilst Sargeant's 84 combination outshot was the best checkout of the match. Goldsmith was defeated in the singles despite a leg in 16 that was matched by Grimshaw during his 3-2 triumph.

180s from Donna Andrews and Jason Bowden came in a 10-1 win for Andrews' Bar Mez against Bowden's The Exchange.

Andrews' stablemate, Lee Rodmell, showed one moment of brilliance with a three dart combination outshot of 116.

Callum Horn's 180 and a 117 combination out from Rhys Castle came in an 8-3 triumph for Firkin Scholar over Indian Inn.

Phil Evans 86 checkout and a Martin Dean 17 dart leg came in a 10-1 win for Evans' The Lounge against Dean's Duchy A.
