Legs in 16 and 18 darts provided the ammunition that took Cameron O'Brien (27.33) to a 3-0 win in Cherry Tree D's Steve Chapman 501 League, 7-4 loss at Victory Hammers.

ree

One of his three legs in that tie was checked with the help of a 112 combination outshot, which contributed to eleven scores of a ton or more.

The win for the home side owed much to the form of Ryan Harris, who heard scores of a ton or more called no fewer than ten times, whilst Kieran Harris was grateful for a 14 darter that helped decide a 3-2 win in his favour.

ree

Mike Pearce (26.37) shone for St Levans with his best leg of 17 darts coming in a 3-0 win that contributed to a 6-5 success over Beacon Park.

Harry MacGregor was the hero of the piece as he provided a steady hand during a 3-0 win that came with the help of a leg in 18 to secure the spoils in the final singles rubber.

ree

As the scoreline suggests, it wasn't all one way traffic, and this was evident with the 180 and 112 three dart combination checkout provided by Ashley Evens and Jason Smout, respectively.

Victory A's Darren Collis provided as many as fourteen tons but still was edged out in the final singles by Octagon's twelve ton man Chris Edgecombe, who defeated Collis in a last leg shootout.

ree

That 3-2 win came in the very last singles game, which meant Collis' 18 darter in the aforementioned game meant for nothing as Octagon took the 6-5 win.

Both players had teammates playing decent supporting roles, as both Kelvin Rowe and Jayden Dodd added ten tons to the scoreboard.

ree

Dodd also provided a highlight during the finishing phase as he put away 90 at the first time of asking to take the game's biggest checkout.

Nick Miller's twelve scores of a ton or more gave Cherry Tree C the platform from which to build a 7-4 success over Raffles.

ree

The top performer for the visitors was Dan Brazier, who fired ten tons over the course of the contest, whilst 180s were fired by Miller's teammates Luke Johnson and Lee Hellings.

Johnson showed his class in the finishing section of the game with a fine 18 darter and a 107 combination outshot coming during a 3-0 singles triumph.

ree

Twelve tons from Andrew Cook provided the ammunition to help King Billy on their way to an 11-0 success at Firkin Scholar.

Cook's 3-2 singles success was accentuated by legs in 15 and 18 darts, with the latter of those matched by Rhys Castle during the only leg he won in a 3-1 turnaround.

ree

The icing on top of Cook's ton haul was a 120 checkout that was one of three ton plus finishes as Scott Cook added a 100 to Paddy Archibald's fine 127 combo.

An onslaught of ton plusses was led by Simon Washington and John Mann who both added eleven to the scoreboard for Fawn B in an 11-0 win over Victory Fireballs.

ree

Washington's tally was topped up by one of the two maximums in the match as Lee Agar added another to his total of ten ton plusses.

Agar's teammates Fred Goldsmith and Jack McMinn all reached the ten mark, whilst the clinical nature of the finishing was the real catalyst for the success.

ree

Agar started as the team meant to go on with a 142 checkout in the very first of the night that was completed by Agar, Mann, and Washington (38.14) in 21 darts over the 801 distance.

Agar then paired with Mann to take out 601 in 21 darts during a 2-0 doubles win before Goldsmith and McMinn replicated both achievements.

ree

Agar smashed in an 18 darter during a 3-0 singles success to complete his night, with Goldsmith going better in a 3-0 singles win that contained a leg in 15.

Mann fired an 18 dart leg of his own in his 3-0 win as McMinn rounded off the play with two 18 darters for a 3-1 triumph.

ree

Bar Mez secured a 7-4 win at The Exchange, which came with the help of Paul Tackle's eleven ton haul that included the game's only maximum.

A checkout of 160 came from the arm of Tackle's teammate Kev Dudbridge, which proved crucial in deciding the outcome of his 3-2 singles success.

ree

Ten tons from Mark Hatherley couldn't arrest Indian Inn's slide to a 10-1 defeat at the hands of Kings Arms, who did most of their good work at the business end of legs.

Paul Palmer's 130 combination finish was the only effort to better Hatherley's 97 kill, whilst Palmer added a 17 darter to his list of achievements in a 3-0 singles success.

ree

Reg Matthews secured one leg in 18, which proved crucial in a 3-2 win, with the best leg in 16 darts coming from the arm of Dave Johns in a 3-0 victory.

Johns' also added the first of two maximums, with the other plundered by teammate Alec Turner in his 3-0 loss to Hatherley.

ree

Cherry Tree B added the lion's share of five 180s that came in a 9-2 win over Tradesmans as Scott Wapshott, Phil Hoyle, Jason Pinkerton all joined Andy Waters and Paul Barclay for the away side in achieving a maxi.

Wapshott's heroics didn't stop at a maximum as he went on to secure the best finish of the contest with a 110 combination that came in his 3-0 individual success.

ree

Checkouts of 91 and 90 from Mark Sargeant and Martin Dean, respectively, came in an entertaining 6-5 win for Sargeant's Fawn A at Dean's Duchy.

Dean's teammate Jack Heath fired a leg in 18 darts during a 3-0 win that left the game tied at 5-5, which was settled by a 3-0 scoreline by Dave Barton.
