John Mann (27.83) put on legs in 16 and 17 darts, which helped him take a 3-0 win in Octagon's Plymouth City Super League Division A 11-0 win over Steampacket.

As is usually the case, the leaders got out of the gates quicker than their opponents, as Fred Goldsmith, Alfie Ford, and Mann (28.60) scored 1001 points in 35 darts.

Goldsmith and Mann then chalked up 24 and 20 dart legs during the 601 doubles phase before Lee Hellings teamed with Ford to produce a 20 darter over the same distance.

In the individual phase, Neil White ended the match with seventeen tons and came through a stress test against George Beckett, who ended his night with a fourteen ton haul.

White was a 3-2 winner, thanks in part to a 17 darter before Hellings added a second 180 for himself during a 3-0 singles win.

Hellings also managed a leg in 16 during that affair and took the highest checkout of the one-sided contest with a 92 combo.

Two maximums accented Sean Taylor's 3-0 win before Mann completed his eleven ton plus personal tally during the final singles game that made the headlines.

The top scoring player in the league was once again Simon Stevenson, who notched eighteen ton plusses during a 10-1 triumph for Legends Lounge B at St Levans.

Stevenson added a 180 to Dan O'Connor three treble visit, whilst O'Connor also produced the best checkout of 100 in the matchup, which proved to be the difference maker in a 3-2 victory.

Seventeen three figure scores rained down from the arm of Harry Bull, but he still found himself on the wrong end of a 9-2 defeat as Indian Inn A were downed by Bluebird A.

Whilst Bull's teammate Danny Bull added eleven tons to the scoreboard, the win owed much to the form of Jacob Bentham, who put on thirteen tons of his own.

Bentham was supported by Glenn Austin with twelve ton plusses, whilst Glenn Halford finished up his night with a ten ton haul.

One of the five maximums topped up Austin's tally with Dale Halford and Harry Bull adding to a Danny Bull brace.

The two Bulls gelled well together to fire a 180 each in a 2-0 doubles win that also contained a 601 leg put away in just 18 darts.

Danny Bull put on his other maxi during a 3-2 singles loss that saw him check a leg in 15 darts against Austin, whose crowning achievement in that game was a 112 combination out.

Thirteen ton plusses from Quinton Taylor and a further twelve by Nick Bryant helped Cherry Tree D to an 11-0 win at Kings Tamerton.

Both Taylor and Bryant added 18 darters to their 3-0 victories, whilst Bryant was the only player to hear '180' called after throwing.

Dan Jewell secured eleven tons for Cherry Tree C, which gave them the platform to collect a 6-5 win against Kings Arms, who themselves added three of the five maxis.

Steve Mills, Paul Carpenter, and Dave Johns all hit three treble visits that were matched by Frankie Stout and Nathan Langdon.

Johns showed he was about more than just scoring with a 72 checkout and a 14 dart leg that came in a 3-1 triumph.

Scott Wapshott spearheaded Ford Inn's 8-3 win with twelve three figure visits to the board that came during a visit to Tradesmans, for whom Rob May was prominent with eleven tons.

May was supported well by Lewis Byrne, who put a 180 onto his ten ton total with the other maxi coming from the arm of teammate Chris Edgecombe.

Edgecombe's 180 came in a 3-1 singles defeat that saw him fire a leg in 14 darts, which was the only effort to better a 15 darter from Kev Seal.

That leg proved as crucial as his 110 single visit combination outshot for Seal, who ended his night by securing a 3-2 triumph in the individual phase.

Ryan Fuller added ten tons to the scoreboard for Legends Lounge A, which helped them come away from Victory A with a 9-2 triumph.

Fuller's teammate Lee Hunter showed his class at the business end of legs with an 83 combination outshot, whilst the defeated team did manage all of the maximums.

Chris Beale and Phil Ingram both hit 180s in the match, whilst Fuller's 14 darter during a 3-0 win bettered Beale's leg in 17 in a win by the same scoreline.
