Dave Jarvis (27.05) produced the best 1001 leg of the first night of the new Louis Yates Plymouth and District Friday Darts League season with a 37 darter in an 8-5 win for Falstaff versus Octagon A.

Andrew White and Robbie Bisgrove provided the only moments of magic for the defeated team with a 120 checkout and a 180, respectively.
Paul Sanders added the only 180 as Kings Tamerton started their new season with a 12-1 win at Legends Lounge.
A 7-6 win for Jolly Miller at Octagon B was finished off by Steve Lamerton in the final singles, as teammate Steve Marker contributed a game high finish of 98.

A Peter Wafer single visit combination outshot of 87 was the main highlight of a 7-6 triumph for Cherry Tree versus Mainstone A.
John Abbott bettered all of the aforementioned finishes with a 152 for Royal Naval Arms A in a 10-3 win over Royal Naval Arms B, whilst Cattedown were 11-2 winners at Mainstone B.
