No Dodd-ging Jayden's Bullets

Jayden Dodd's ten ton plusses for Tradesmans got their Louis Yates Plymouth & District Dart League season up and running with an 8-5 win over Royal Naval Arms.

Jordan Grimshaw matched that ton tally for the defeated away side and also put his name to the best game of 1001 recorded in the game week.

Grimshaw (28.60) put away four figures of points in just 35 darts whilst teammate Kevin Evans added the only maximum fired between the talented twelve.

The game saw a least number of darts and highest checkout combo as Dodd's teammate Paul Nash added an 88 single visit kill.

Windmill plundered the lion's share of three 180s in their 10-3 success over Legends Lounge that saw all three of Geordie Baker, Dan Nixon and Simon Tucker all strike.

Richard Lynch made it two 180s in as many starts for Kings Tamerton to help the reigning champions to a 10-3 win at Pennycross.

Cameron O'Brien bagged himself a first maximum of the campaign in a 12-1 success for Mainstone in their visit to Ford Inn.

A 74 checkout from Lee O'Riley was the best of all twelve finishes in an 11-2 success for newly formed Octagon B versus The Club @ Stoke.

Falstaff were 12-1 winners at Cherry Tree and Cattedown SC continued their promising start with a 7-6 win over Octagon A that was settled by Anthony Reed when throwing last in the individuals.
