Andrew Cook and Ant Pearn secured the Monday Premier League annual doubles title by dropping only two legs throughout the tournament held at the Bluebird.

The evening started with Riley Lavis firing the first 180 of the evening in a 2-1 win for Lavis and Shaun Highfield over Dave Wyatt and Dave Pethick.
Paul Goundry bagged a maximum during a 2-0 victory for Goundry and Scott Cook against Jayden Dodd and Steve Daley.

Andrew Cook secured the third maximum of the first stage in a 2-1 win over home favourites Glenn Austin and Dale Halford to round off the first round.
Having come through an all Bluebird affair 3-1 against Matt Lang and John Merrifield, Lee Roberts checked 132 in a single visit to help him and his partner, Tony Teal, through to the semi final stage with a 2-0 victory.

Andrew Cook continued his good form in the second quarter final with a 156 combination outshot that helped secure a win over King Billy teammates Mark Sleet and Reece Mealin.
Scott Cook followed his partner's lead in hitting a 180 during a 2-0 victory for him and Paul Goundry, before Lee Hellings and Alfie Ford completed the quartet of pairs left after their 2-0 success in the final last eight tie.

Hellings and Ford would deny the hosts a final placed pairing as they edged out Roberts and Teal before Andrew Cook and Ant Pearn defeated teammates Scott Cook and Paul Goundry 2-1.
The leg that the defeated side won came with the big helping hand of a 136 checkout from Scott Cook before Pearn and Cook ran out 2-0 winners in the last game of the night to claim the top prize.
