Fifteen three figure visits from Mike O'Brien provided the ammunition for reigning Louis Yates Plymouth and District Friday Darts League champions Tradesmans to claim an 11-2 win over Mainstone B.

O'Brien also played a part in a doubles game that was put to bed after 37 darts were thrown as he knitted together well with Andy Waters for a 27.05 single dart average.


Jayden Dodd supported O'Brien with ten ton plusses, whilst Waters and Paul Nash chipped in with a 104 finish and a maximum respectively.

The Cattedown team of Matt Legge, Anthony Reed, Jamie Sandford, Chris Adams, Dave Meyrick, and Harry Harrison (32.29) put together a 31 darter in a 12-1 win over Octagon B that also saw two 180s for Sandford.


Richie Lynch (27.81) continues to show why he's such a revered competitor after putting away 1001 points in just 36 darts during a 7-6 win for Kings Tamerton versus Falstaff.

Before Matty Searle won the game in the final singles, Ryan Horn bagged himself a 98 checkout for the defeated team for their best contribution of the contest.


King Billy were sunk 9-4 by Mainstone A, despite ten three figure visits for Kieran Burns, whilst Ian Collins and Mark Gavican fired a 126 checkout and a 180.

Matt Abbott showed his undoubted class with a checkout of 148 that contributed to a 10-3 win for Abbott's Royal Naval Arms A at Pennycross.


Abbott also helped himself to one of the two maximums in the contest as James Grand fired the other for the defeated home side.

Peter Wafer put up a 94 checkout and a 180 for Cherry Tree, who made it two wins from two starts with an 8-5 win at Octagon A, whilst Jolly Miller continued their strong start with a 10-3 win over Legends Lounge.
