St Johnston have retaken the lead in the Plymouth & District Friday Darts League thanks to a 11-2 win over stablemates, St Johnston B.

Stalwart Glyn Wells added twelve tons each with teammate Andrew Downton also contributing an 81 checkout.
Wells (25.67) won his 1001 singles game in 39 darts as the Keyham side dropped a doubles game and one singles on a successful night for the team.
Kieran Burns was also prominent in the win with twelve tons of his own as he teamed with Wells to play a big part in the demolition of their rivals.

Tradesmans A, who are now second thanks to an inferior leg difference, won 10-3 to keep pace with their title rivals.
Mike O'Brien and Jayden Dodd teamed together in the doubles for a 33 dart 1001 leg, which yielded a 30.33 single dart average.

O'Brien scored eleven tons that included a maximum and a 126 checkout that was the highest of the week in that doubles match.
O'Brien (28.60) then followed up his heroics in the doubles with a leg in 35 on a brilliant night personally.

Queens Arms continued to consolidate fourth spot in the table thanks to an 9-4 win over Ker St.
David Jarvis ploughed home a 104 checkout whilst Andy Tremaine (27.05) took his individuals game in 37 darts on a decent night for the Tamerton Foliot team.
Individual leader Mark Hatherley (25.05) continued his good form with ten ton plusses on the night and a 40 dart 1001 game in his Indian team's 8-5 over Pennycross.
Hatherley was also involved in the lowest leg of the match when pairing up with Nathan Beeney for a 38 dart 1001 leg which gave the duo a 26.34 average.

Matt Abbott produced a 113 finish in his King Billy side's 8-5 win over bottom side Grenville, which keeps the Devonport side comfortably in third place in the league.
