Simon Stevenson (29.47) put away two legs in 16 darts during a 3-0 win that came in a 6-5 Plymouth City Super League Division A loss for Legends Lounge B at Fawn A.

Stevenson also top-scored with fifteen three-figure visits overall, leading the away team's charge that ended with Reg Matthews winning the last game 3-1 to take the victory.
Dave Roberts was a 3-0 winner in the first singles rubber that included a 17 dart leg and a 73 checkout before Stevenson's heroics.

Col Maddocks was unlucky to lose 3-2 with a 79 checkout, his best that came before Shaun Dring's 3-0 success, which saw him take out one leg with the help of an 83 kill.
There were also two maximums in the high quality contest as Stevenson joined Andy Malinowski in achieving that particular feat.

John Mann's (26.84) 3-0 win contained a 15 darter, which came in an 8-3 triumph for Raffles Diamonds over Bluebird.
Mann also top scored for the victors as he reached fourteen tons, and was backed up by twelve ton plusses from both Neil White and Jack McMinn.

Fred Goldsmith ended his stint at the oche with eleven ton plusses, whilst Lee Hellings was a ten ton hitter to make it a quartet of players reaching double figures in tons for the victors.
The away side played their part as both Glenn Halford and Glenn Austin added thirteen tons to the scoreboard, whilst Dale Halford was a ten ton hitter himself, with his best effort a 180.

Both Austin and Hellings added a brace of maxis to Halford's solitary effort, whilst White and Mann were also three treble hitters for the hosts.
The individual phase of play started with a 3-2 win for Alfie Ford over Austin, who checked a leg in 15 darts and provided the best checkout from his team of 85.

Mann's aforementioned victory included a 109 three dart combination outshot before Hellings put together a 15 darter of his own during another 3-0 success.
McMinn provided legs in 17 and 18 darts, which helped him to a third 3-0 success of the night for the league leaders and champions elect.

Tony Tasker reached twelve scores of a ton or more, which helped Falstaff A to a 9-2 victory over Raffles B, who themselves had Ryan Fuller achieving a twelve ton haul.
The 180s in the contest were shared as Paul Hoare and Kelvin Rowe fired for their respective teams, whilst Rowe and Fuller also shone at the business end of legs.

Rowe's 80 single visit combination outshot was the only effort to better a 76 finish from Fuller, who was the shining light on a difficult night for the visitors.
Simon Washington dominated the scoring phase with twelve ton plusses, but still found himself on the wrong side of an 8-3 loss as Tradesmans were downed by Raffles A.

Washington's total included a 149 checkout and one of the three maximums his team found as Lewis Byrne provided a brace of 180s.
Washington's stablemate, Jodie Hawton, notched a 114 checkout, whilst the victory was built upon Craig Hillary's eleven three figure visits that included a 100 kill.

Tyler Borthwick and Lewis Dare provided decent cover fire with ten scores of a ton or more each to play their supporting role well.
Steampacket were defeated 8-3 by Ford Inn, despite the excellence from George Beckett, who produced twelve ton plusses overall.

The victory was built on the solid platform of ten tons each from Dan Brazier and Mark Shears, whilst Ant Pearn produced the only 180.
At the business end, Kayleigh Adams' 78 combination out had to settle for third best as Paul Gavican's 96 kill was bettered by Pearn's 121.

Adams teamed well with Nick Miller in a 17 dart 601 leg before Pearn put away a 15 dart leg during a 3-2 turnaround against Beckett.
Ian Heggie nailed eleven tons for Ker St A in a 7-4 defeat against Compton Social that also saw heavy checkouts dominate the headlines.

Heggie's teammate, Roger Bailey, had his finishing boots on, with 106 and 118 combinations, both coming during a 3-2 individual triumph.
Heggie also bagged a 78 combo, whilst the best amongst the home side came in the form of a 92 by Martin Rich.

A 7-4 win for Firkin Scholar at Duchy A was dominated by Lee Bannister's 154 and 114 outshots, whilst Scott Heggie's 104 had to settle for fourth best as AJ Brunton put together a 108 kill.
Brunton and Heggie also put their names amongst a trio of maximum hitters in the contest that included Martin Dean.

An eleven ton haul from Nick Bryant wasn't enough to arrest Falstaff B's slide to an 8-3 during a visit to Ship's Tavern.
Bryant's haul included a 118 checkout, which was one of a quintet of decent finishes, with the best coming from Dave Lee after he put away 130.

Lee also contributed a 92 to the affair, whilst the best from the victorious home side came in the form of a 94 kill by Frankie Stout that was matched by Danny Hoyle.
Cameron O'Brien's 3-0 singles victory saw a leg put away in 16 darts before Lee added a 180 and an 18 darter to his 3-0 victory.

The match was rounded off by Bryant's 3-0 success, which contained the best leg of the night as he put 501 points onto the scoreboard in just 15 darts.
Kings Arms B's 6-5 win at Legends Lounge A included a 180 and a 106 checkout for Paul Carpenter, who also checked 88 and secured a 15 darter in his 3-2 loss to Reece Mealin.

A 111 by Aiden Stenson and a 91 by Liam Taylor were fired back by the hosts, whilst Mike Tucker's 88 and a 70 by David Johns completed the mid range checkouts.
Steve Mills added a 16 darter to his 3-0 victory, which was one of three by the same scoreline as the visitors from Oreston battled back from 3-1 down to claim the victory in the individual phase.
