Marker's teammate Al Martin matched Geordie Baker's 96 checkout in the match before Tony Lamerton fired his team to victory with the scores level at 6-6.
Three maximums lit up Falstaff's 7-6 win over Kings Tamerton with as Steve Harris' sole effort for the victors was joined by one each from Keith Blight and John Brownlow.
In a dramatic finale to the game, Brownlow checked 100 in a single visit to force the game into a last leg shootout that was won by Dave Jarvis.
