Individual leader John Mann was at his brilliant best with sixteen three figure scores in an 8-3 win for King Billy A against Octagon in the Steve Chapman 501 League.

Mann's winning legs in his 3-1 defeat of Alfie Ford were 17,15,16 with Ford firing back an 18 darter in a high quality contest.


Mann and Ford joined Alec Turner, Tony Lamerton and Andrew Cook in all adding their name to the maximum column.

There was also three ton plus checkouts with Cook winning that particular battle with a fine 115 as Turner checked 114 and Mann produced a 101 finish.


Antony Hayman joined Turner in hitting ten ton plusses with Hayman (27.83) winning his individuals 3-0 thanks to legs of 18 and 15 darters.

Teammates Mike Pearce and Hayley Brant shared the highest checkout of the week across the league as both finished from 123 in St Levans 6-5 win over Torpoint Cons.


Pearce chalked up fourteen more ton plusses, including a brace of 180s, as well as legs of 15 and 17 in his 3-2 win over Paul Tackle who checked one of his two legs from 104.

Tex Pearce (28.36) hit fourteen tons overall, including a 100 kill, and won his singles game 3-0 with the help of legs in 18 and 16 whilst Anna Johnson hit ten tons.


Shaun Dring performance belied the pressure as his first three figure score in the last tie of the night was a maximum that aided him to a 3-0 win which won the match for the Keyham team.

Chrissie Kinnaird hit a maximum on her way to eleven ton plusses in Kings Arms 6-5 win at Victory B that saw teammate Reg Matthews and Victory's Tony Conn also reach double figures.


Colin Sloman called upon all of his years of experience to take the final tie of the night 3-0 with the scores tied at 5-5.

Dave Clemson hit a brace of 180s as Fawn A won 10-1 against Cherry Tree with Mark Sargeant also hitting one for the victorious Greenbank team.


Despite the defeat, Kayleigh Adams took the high checkout prize for the evening with a fine 117 kill in her 3-2 singles defeat.

Both Paul Goundry and Tony Tasker fired ten tons as Victory A secured a 7-4 win over Indian Inn with Tasker also claiming the high checkout of 90.


Teammate Darren Collis joined Indian's Louis Yates in the maximum column and the former also checked a leg in 14 during his 3-2 win over the latter.
