DEVON went down 11-4 in their Southern Counties Youth fixture away at Gwent, their second defeat of the campaign, but there was an outstanding performance from Cleo Trelease.
Making her debut, the 14-year-old was the only winner in the girl’s match, achieving a 3-0 victory with a 17.28 average and hitting a maximum 180.

The Under 21s lost 5-0 but the Under 18’s gave a good account of themselves before being edged out 4-3.
Owen Bates (20.31) won 3-1 while Keelan Kay emerged a 3-0 winner and achieved the highest average on the day with 26.37.
Pacey Large (15.94) battled for a 3-2 success after being 2-1 down.
Kay remains top of the averages with 24.71 while Bates is in third place on 21.51.
