England's top lady darts player Maria chosen to represent her country at Six Nations and World C

FOLLOWING the publication at the end of April of the England Darts National Rankings, which showed Maria O’Brien as the country’s No.1 ranked lady player on 781 points, her success has been rewarded by being chosen to represent England at both the Six Nations and World Cup.

England’s ladies’ team in the Six Nations will consist of just three players and Maria will be joined by Fallon Sherrock and Lorraine Winstanley at the event which will take place in the Netherlands over the weekend of June 21-23.

England’s opponents will be The Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.

The WDF World Cup will be held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and will be contested from Monday, October 7 to Saturday October 12 inclusive and the Six Nations trio will be joined by Trina Gulliver.
